LANDBANK of the Philippines announces the opening of the 2025 production loan program for rice farmers in Alegria, Surigao del Norte.
Eligible farmers may borrow up to PHP 20,000 per hectare at 6% annual interest for a 6-month term.
Requirements:
- Valid RSBSA registration
- Proof of land ownership or lease agreement
- Farm registration in the RFAS system
- Government-issued ID
