LANDBANK of the Philippines - Surigao Branch announces the opening of the 2025 production loan program for rice farmers in Surigao del Norte.
Eligible farmers can borrow up to PHP 25,000 per hectare at 6% annual interest for a 6-month term. Requirements include: valid RSBSA registration, proof of land ownership or lease, and farm registration in the RFAS system.
